| The wearable technology market is expected to more than triple in the next five years, driven by consumer preference and the growing popularity of Internet of Things (IoT) and connected devices. This session will discuss challenges that product stewards in the new and emerging consumer wearable market may face. The primary focus of the discussion will be on conducting risk assessments for allergic contact dermatitis (ACD), which may occur in a population of sensitized users who use these devices. Attendees will understand how to conduct a similar risk assessment for their products.
