| Lean principles were originally created to eliminate waste and inefficiency in manufacturing operations, however they can be applied to a variety of product stewardship functions, including label and SDS generation, per-shipment regulatory permitting activities, and the new product introduction process. During this session, attendees will learn how to apply Lean principles to product stewardship functions and explore case studies using Lean principles to improve two different product stewardship programs.
