| LVEs Since Lautenberg: How TSCA Reform Has Changed the LVE Process (PSX 2019 On Demand) | |
| There has been a lot of talk about how the Pre-Manufacture Notice (PMN) process has changed since the Frank R. Lautenberg Chemical Safety for the 21st Century Act updated the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), but PMNs were not the only part of TSCA affected. Since Lautenberg, there have been many changes to other TSCA compliance requirements, including changes to the Low Volume Exemption (LVE) process. We will highlight, using real examples, the changes to LVEs in recent times and how to better prepare submitters for the revised process.
