| The European Union regulation on Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) entered into force on June 1, 2007. Eight years later, many key steps have been implemented or initiated, including a pre-registration phase, several registration waves, evaluations of substances and registration dossiers, and site inspections. During this session, the panel of speakers will provide their broad and diverse perspective on REACH and the challenges faced by industry and regulators when implementing one of the most complex product regulations as well as discuss the change of practices driven by REACH.
