| Electrical and electronic products have unique requirements when it comes to ensuring material compliance. Composition/compliance data must be shared, accessible, up to date, etc. Without a sustainable solution, a compliance process could quickly spiral out of control. Presenters will share their journey of successfully implementing an IT solution for material compliance management, including packaging their needs in such a way that gained the attention of key corporate decision makers, gathering key stakeholder support, project funding, ongoing funding, resources and project management. This session will also showcase details of their project management documentation, sub-team activities, deployment prioritization, training plan, and key learnings.
